Easy Lokshen Kugel Souffle

8 oz thin noodles

5 eggs

16 oz applesauce

½ cup oil

¼ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp salt

¾ cup sugar

1 can (15 oz) crushed pineapple, drained


 

Cook noodles as directed. Mix all the ingredients together well, sprinkle cinnamon on top, and bake in a 9x13 pan at 400 for 45 to 1 hour.
